Hi, I'm Desi
As a Master Certified Life and Business Coach, Inner Voice Facilitator, and award winning interior designer, I help designers build profitable, fulfilling businesses that enrich and support their lives as a whole.
Before I established my own residential design practice, I worked for world-renowned design and architecture firms.
I had an impressive resume but was miserable from the constant anxiety and stress of achievement that came at my own expense.
I knew there had to be a better way to honor my dual desires for growth and wellbeing. The mindset solutions and strategies I've developed are essential to building a business you love alongside a robust personal life.
I've now dedicated my career to coaching designers to find their own version of success.

Private Coaching
Every month we’ll meet 1:1 to dive deeper into a specific goal or challenge. Whether you want to coach on mindset or strategy, this is your dedicated space. Each 1:1 session is 30 minutes.
Mastermind Sessions
Meet with an intimate group of peers twice per month to be coached, learn from your peers, and actively move your business forward. Sessions are 60 minutes each.
Helpful Resources
While this is less of a course and more of a lab where you'll put decisions and plans into effect, you'll also have access to a variety of resources that you can apply directly to your business.

Business Planning Workshops
At the start of the program, you'll be guided to create your Business & Live Vision, set goals aligned with your values, make decisions, and craft a plan so that you can start taking action immediately.
During the three business planning workshops, you'll have dedicated space to reflect and look forward. You'll leave with an actionable plan for the next 90 days so that you know exactly where to focus your efforts and what steps to take.

The Designer CEO is an intimate experience limited to eight designers so that you will be fully supported with coaching tailored to your specific goals. Tap into the collective knowledge of your peers while ensuring you get exactly the coaching you need to thrive.
The mastermind will run mid May through the end of November 2024, with a one month rest period in August. We’ll take a break from calls and create space for life.
